Hola ¿cómo estáis? :)

Una de las cosas que he descubierto leyendo blogs, es la cantidad de lugares maravillosos alrededor del mundo que se escapan de las guías turísticas. Restaurantes, cafés, pastelerías, tiendas artesanales y un largo etcétera de sitios que quizá no hubiese podido conocer de no ser porque leí en algún comentario que valía la pena.

Me encanta cuando los autores y lectores de estos blogs escriben sobre ello. Sin duda ha sido una herramienta muy útil en mis viajes desde hace algún tiempo.

A raíz de esto, me pareció buena idea mostraros algunos de mis sitios favoritos, seguramente la mayoría están en Barcelona que es donde vivo. Así que espero que os gusten y que sean de ayuda.

One thing that I discovered reading blogs is the amount of wonderful places around the world that escape from the guidebooks. Restaurants, coffees, pastry shops, craft stores and a long list of sites that I have known thanks to I had read a comment.

I love when authors and readers of these blogs write about it. It has certainly been a very useful tool on my trips.

For this reason, I thought that it would be good idea to show you some of my favorite places; probably most are in Barcelona, where I live. So I hope you enjoy and you find it helpful.

Parece que finalmente se instala el buen tiempo! La verdad es que no me gusta el calor, pero confieso que sin ver el sol no podría estar y es lo que más me gusta de Barcelona, ese cielo azul y sol radiante.

It seems that we finally have good weather! To be honest I don’t like the heat, but I must confess that the sun makes me happy. That's one of the best things of Barcelona, the blue sky and bright sun :)

Hoy os quiero hablar de los paint pot, pero ¿y qué son? La marca cosmética M·A·C ha denominado así a las sombras de ojos en crema, de larga duración.

Ya sabéis que me encantan las mascarillas asiáticas, os hablé de ellas hace ya algún tiempo aquí y aquí, las de algodón que vienen en formato “sobre” son bastante cómodas de aplicar y la mayoría de ellas bastante efectivas. Sin embargo, Marilú también me trajo de Japón una mascarilla de arroz, de la marca Skin Food que además es uno de los productos más conocidos de la marca.

As you know I really love Asian masks, I told you about them some time ago here and here. These cotton mask comes in a “sheet” format; they are easy to apply and most of them quite effective. However, Marilú also brought me the Skin Food rice mask from Japan, this mask is one of its most popular products.

Y Feliz Sant Jordi! ¿Cómo estáis? Lo primero, es que os debemos una enorme disculpa por la ausencia de estos últimos meses, hemos vivido algunos cambios importantes, para empezar ambas hemos estado de mudanza (bueno Marilú aún está en ello) se me había olvidado lo aparatosas que son las mudanzas! No ha sido fácil encontrar ese “lugar” que luego será tu “hogar”, y que cuando por fin encuentras, aparece una gran lista de requisitos que debes cumplir! aquí entre nosotr@s, no se sorprendan si les preguntan por vuestro código de ADN ¡arrrg!

How are you? First of all, we owe you all a huge apology for the absence these last months; we have had some important changes in our lives. I moved into my new house although Marilu still on it, the truth is moving has been stressful.
